Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Technician with a strong hands-on background in electrical installation and conduit work. This is an indoor position working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
  • Cut, thread, and install electrical pipe/conduit
  • Pull and route electrical wire
  • Mount electrical boxes, panels, junction boxes, and other components
  • Measure and lay out conduit runs
  • Install electrical components according to drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
  • Perform electrical assembly and installation using hand and power tools
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
  • Previous electrician, industrial electrical, or commercial electrical experience
  • Strong experience bending conduit and threading pipe
  • Experience pulling and routing wire
  • Knowledge of NEC electrical standards
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure
  • Experience mounting boxes, panels, and electrical components
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
