Founded in 1992, InServ is a full-service industrial contractor working in the life science, advanced manufacturing, and food and beverage industries. We specialize in four trades (mechanical, hygienic piping, HVAC, and electrical, instrumentation and controls), working from multiple locations across North Carolina and for clients across the Southeast. InServ is both a knowledgeable and reliable partner for our clients. We assist with design, adhere to schedules, and execute with the highest quality to provide a total solution.

We're looking for a hardworking Industrial Electrician Helper to support our electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installing conduit, cable trays, motors, and control panels
  • Pull wire, bend conduit, and prep job areas
  • Help troubleshoot equipment and electrical components
  • Use hand/power tools safely
  • Keep job sites clean and follow all safety rules

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Basic tool knowledge
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/heights
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Industrial or electrical experience is a plus
  • OSHA 10
