This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in USA. This role will be located in the Cary, North Carolina.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Program Leadership - Design, manage, and continuously improve a multi-state, state-approved electrical apprenticeship program, including curriculum development, virtual instruction, and apprentice mentorship.
- Regulatory & Licensing Compliance - Maintain multi-state electrical licensure, ensure full USDOL and state-agency compliance, manage documentation, and keep the program audit-ready year-round.
- Technical Oversight & Safety - Conduct job-site supervision, evaluate craftsmanship and competency, enforce OSHA-aligned safety standards, and oversee training facility operations.
- Recruitment & Stakeholder Engagement - Build apprenticeship pipelines, collaborate with schools and workforce partners, and serve as the primary liaison to state boards, licensing authorities, and educational partners.
Qualifications for the role:
- Licensed Master Electrician (North Carolina Unlimited Electrical Contractor or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 10+ years of field electrical experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering apprenticeship or technical training programs
- Strong knowledge of NEC and state/local building codes
- OSHA 30-hour certification or higher
- Excellent mentorship and communication skills
