Our staffing agency has partnered with a premier electrical contractor in the Baldwin, PA area to hire a motivated, hardworking Electrician Laborer. If you are looking to advance your skills in the electrical trade while locking in an exceptional field rate between $26 and $31 an hour, this is your opportunity. You will work alongside licensed Journeymen, assisting with commercial electrical installations, rough-ins, and job site coordination.

  • 1+ years of experience as an Electrician Laborer, Helper, Apprentice, or Construction Laborer with electrical exposure.
  • Solid proficiency with basic hand tools (wire strippers, linesman pliers, screwdrivers, tape measures) and power drills.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, read basic schematics, and distinguish color-coded wiring.
  • Strong physical stamina: Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to Baldwin area job sites.
