The role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing service, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems/Electrical/Plumbing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Valid HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications and licenses as required by local/state regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
