Project Coordinator - The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Construction and Residential team. This role is critical in supporting our leadership by organizing, communicating, and coordinating project activities from bid to completion.
The right candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and a heart to serve the team. You will work closely with our Construction and Residential divisions, Accounting, Human Resources, contractors, vendors, customers, and municipalities to ensure projects are completed with excellence.
Project Coordinator - Responsibilities
  • Organize and communicate project activities for the Construction and Residential leadership teams
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Support project processes from startup through close-out
  • Maintain and improve project best practices and documentation
  • Process and track NOCs, CORs, RFIs, submittals, Schedule of Values, and other project documentation
  • Coordinate Purchase Orders (POs), package releases, and job site orders
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, and municipality communication
  • Support scheduling, billing, documentation, and reporting processes
  • Process close-out documents including builder's notices, warranty letters, O&M manuals, and certificates
  • Maintain accurate project records and communication
  • Execute administrative tasks with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Support Construction, Residential, Accounting, HR, contractors, vendors, and municipalities as needed
Project Coordinator - Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role
  • General understanding of construction processes and project workflows
  • Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and municipality requirements
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage email follow-ups, call returns, calendars, and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and ownership
