Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electrical Systems Leadership
    • Lead surface/underground electrical operations including installation, maintenance, and repair of:
      • High-voltage distribution systems
      • Industrial control panels
      • Mine-specific electrical infrastructure
    • Ensure 24/7 equipment reliability through preventive maintenance programs
  2. Team & Contractor Management
    • Directly supervise 15+ electrical technicians across 3 shifts
    • Coordinate contractor activities for specialized projects ($1M+ capex initiatives)
    • Implement MSHA-compliant safety protocols across all work areas
  3. Operational Excellence
    • Conduct monthly arc flash risk assessments
    • Maintain NFPA 70E compliance documentation
