Job description

Are you a detail-oriented with a knack for organization and inventory accuracy? We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to join a major electrical distributor in California with helping support their inventory control operations. 

Job duties as an Inventory Specialist:  
  • Manage the full lifecycle of returned merchandise, including inspection and final disposition (restock, scrap, or rework)
  • Accurately log returns, update inventory systems, and process credits or chargebacks
  • Coordinate with customer service, sales, warehouse teams, and vendors (including RMA requests and follow-ups) to resolve discrepancies
  • Support inventory control through proper storage, stock organization, counts, and reconciliation
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Schedule: 
  • Monday-Friday
  • 5:00am-1:30pm 
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour 

Requirements as an Inventory Specialist: 
  • Must have 1-2 years of inventory-related experience in warehouse setting 
  • Able to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout entire shift 
  • Able to lift items weighing 0-50lbs. as needed 
  • Comfortable wearing PPE, including steel-toed boots
