Job Title:         Lead Electrical Engineer
Client:              Aerospace / Aviation / Defense Company
Location:         Cincinnati, OH
Duration:         Full-Time
Shift:                4/10 Work Schedule (4 Days/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and development for military fuzing and ordnance systems
• Develop and refine system and product requirements
• Design analog, digital, power, and sensor interface circuits
• Perform component selection, simulations, and tolerance analysis
• Develop and execute test plans and qualification testing
• Troubleshoot electronic hardware and conduct root cause investigations
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Interface with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
• Lead technical reviews and engineering activities
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design review materials
