Senior Electrical Designer — Build What Powers the Future

Are you an experienced Electrical Designer who thrives on turning complex ideas into real-world solutions? Do you enjoy collaborating with smart, driven teams and seeing your designs come to life in impactful projects? If so, we want to meet you.

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Designer in the Sanford/Orlando, FL area to take the lead on dynamic projects across industrial and municipal environments—someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for quality design.

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor on our team, you’ll:

  • Design power distribution, lighting, and control systems that meet the highest industry standards
  • Create and review detailed drawings including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and power & lighting plans
  • Perform critical calculations (load analysis, voltage drop, conduit sizing, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient systems
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life
  • Help drive projects forward by balancing timelines, quality, and budget

What You Bring
