How much do electric associate jobs pay per year?

As of Jun 28, 2026, the average yearly pay for electric associate in the United States is $141,209.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $42,000.00 and $212,500.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What is the highest paying job for EE?

For electrical engineers (EE), the highest paying roles are often in management, such as engineering managers or project directors, or specialized fields like systems engineering, power systems, or aerospace. These positions typically require advanced skills, certifications, and experience, and they often offer higher salaries compared to entry-level engineering roles.

Can you make $500,000 as an electrical engineer?

Electrical associates typically do not earn $500,000 annually; such high salaries are usually associated with senior engineering roles, management positions, or specialized fields with extensive experience and advanced certifications. Entry-level or mid-level electrical positions generally have lower compensation, often ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year. Achieving a salary of $500,000 may require significant experience, advanced skills, and leadership responsibilities in the industry.

What can you do with an Associates in electrical?

An associate's degree in electrical technology prepares individuals for entry-level roles such as electrical technician, apprentice electrician, or maintenance worker. It provides foundational knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and tools, often leading to certification opportunities like the Electrician's License. This degree can also serve as a stepping stone toward further education or specialization in electrical fields.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

An Electric Associate typically does not earn $10,000 a month without specialized experience or certifications. High-paying roles in the electrical field usually require technical training, apprenticeships, or licensing, and salaries vary based on location, experience, and industry demand. Achieving such income levels often involves advanced skills, overtime, or working in high-demand sectors like industrial or commercial electrical work.
