Assoc. Electric Engineer to Sr. Electric Engineer - Distribution

Full-Time Regular Full-Time Professional Exeter-NH, Exeter, NH, US

Salary Range: $71,180.00 To $135,376.00 Annually

*Potential for hybrid work after training has been complete. Manager will discuss at time of interview.

Position Purpose

Provide quality engineering services to internal and external clients and insure that the operation of the power delivery system is optimized with respect to safety, reliability, economy and efficiency through the planning, design and implementation of distribution facilities to serve new and existing customers.

Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principals and practices in broad areas of assignments for which engineering precedents are lacking. Utilize advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of electrical engineering and related sciences to originate and develop alternatives in methods and procedures.

Interpret, organize and execute complex engineering assignments. Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers and technicians within area of assigned responsibility. Estimate personnel needs, schedule and assign work, manage projects of a complex nature.

Conceive, plan, and implement systems, policies and guidelines to address unique or controversial problems. Make decisions and recommendations recognized as authoritative and having an important impact on extensive engineering activities.

Act as liaison with individuals and units within and outside the organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters. Provide leadership, technical direction and guidance within the organization. Promote positive working relationships the highest levels of service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications for Associate Electric Engineer - Distribution

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in power systems preferred.
  • 0 - 2 Years Experience
  • Strong analytical ability and computer skills.

Qualifications Electric Engineer - Distribution

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in power systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in electric power engineering.
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications for Electric Distribution Engineer - Distribution

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in power systems preferred.
  • Minimum of six years progressively responsible experience in electric power engineering or directly related positions.
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications for Senior Electric Engineer - Distribution

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of ten years progressively responsible experience in electric power engineering or directly related positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong technical and analytical ability.
  • State of NH and/or MA registration as a Professional Engineer preferred.
