Training amp; E-Learning Manager
***Relocating to Las Colinas October 2026***
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Training amp; E-Learning Specialist to join our growing tutoring franchise. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, technology, and business operations. You'll be responsible for delivering impactful live training sessions, developing engaging learning materials, and creating cutting-edge e-learning courses that empower our franchise owners and staff to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Live Training Delivery
  • Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom for audiences of 200+ participants on operations, sales, and marketing topics
  • Deliver existing training curriculum with energy and clarity while adapting content to meet diverse learner needs
  • Moderate interactive sessions including Q amp;A, polls, breakout rooms, and other engagement tools
Training Content Development
  • Design and create new live training materials, presentations, and facilitator guides
  • Update and refine existing training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with business objectives
E-Learning Course Design amp; Development
  • Design and build interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 Rise
  • Create visually compelling, pedagogically sound learning experiences that drive knowledge retention
  • Develop assessments, scenarios, and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement
  • Maintain and update e-learning library based on feedback and business needs
Program Management
  • Track training completion rates and learner performance metrics
  • Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
  • Maintain training schedules and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Stay current on adult learning best practices and e-learning trends

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering live virtual training to large audiences (200+ participants)
  • Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 Rise and other e-learning authoring tools
  • Strong instructional design background with understanding of adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage remote audiences
  • Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Experience creating training content for operations, sales, or marketing functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in franchise systems or multi-location business environments
  • Background in tutoring, education, or learning services industry
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning technical specifications
