What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate AI learning projects end-to-end, support learning needs analysis, and measure outcomes through SMART goals; research, evaluate, and recommend productivity tools and software solutions; and support learning efforts from planning to execution.
  • Apply effective research and analysis to identify distinct challenges and opportunities for AI upskilling and reskilling across departments to standardize AI literacy and proficiency.
  • Evaluate and maintain AI-powered tools and learning solutions; support the implementation, integration, and user adoption of these tools, ensuring they align with business needs and provide maximum value.
  • Promote and coordinate change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new operational habits with AI, automated workflows, and technologies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and help generate regular reports for leadership.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base to promote information sharing and reduce redundant effort.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
  • 2 or more years of experience as an AI Learning professional or project manager, managing learning projects and driving training engagements, preferably within a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and expertise in productivity tools and platforms (e.g., project management software like Jira / Asana / Monday, collaboration tools like Slack / Teams, automation tools like Workato / Make / n8n, and AI tools like Claude / Gemini / NotebookLM).
  • Proficiency in developing adult learning training materials using blended methods (i.e., eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, presentations, etc.).
  • Experience and ability to effectively prepare and deliver presentations, with readiness to facilitate training activities and events for global audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across a global organization.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate between multiple projects and manage multiple project priorities with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights by tracking key training metrics, with strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decisions.
  • Passion for continuous learning and knowledge in advanced tooling and AI-based models that enhance productivity, with eagerness to explore, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge solutions as a self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A degree in HR, Business, Education, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry challenges and common operational workflows is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global or distributed team environment is preferred.
  • PMP, Artificial Intelligence leader/practitioner, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
Why SentinelOne?
