Growing hospitality organization seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3+ years of General Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing P&L and labor costs
