What we’re looking for:
  • A real interest in Middle Eastern flavors and culinary culture
  • A strong understanding of mise en place and kitchen organization
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Clear communicator who works well on a team
  • Someone who takes feedback seriously and is committed to improving
  • We’re building something special and we care about every detail. If that sounds like the kind of kitchen you want to be part of, we’d love to meet you.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Availability Tues-Sat for PM shift (2PM-10PM)
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 50 pounds
