  • HCMTechno functional lead with Integration exp
  • 10 Years of techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR  Absence Management
  • Proficient in creating updating BIP OTBI reports in Oracle HCM 
  • Excellent hands-on various HDL Loaders and HCM extract
  • Create update BI Publisher reports e.g.
  • Customizations using page application composer design studio VBS etc
  • Hands on in fast formulas DFF EFF KFF etc
  • Familiar with OIC to facilitate integration analysis and design with impact analysis
  • Review of technical design integration testing reports validation data conversion solutioning and validation 
  • Well versed in data migration approach from design to validation with users
  • Testing Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing
  • Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
  • Executing test cases in DEV and SIT 
  • Documenting reporting test results 
  • Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis 
  • Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis 
  • Perform End-to-end Integration testing 
  • Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations new requirements
  • Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants
