Job description

Position Summary:
The Neurodiagnostic Education Content Creator is responsible for the development and maintenance of all clinical education content for Cadwell's EEG product line. This role creates high-quality, customer-facing and internal training materials that reflect Cadwell's standards for clarity, consistency, and clinical accuracy. Working closely with the Clinical Education Specialist, Manager of Education and Training, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures educational content aligns with product updates, clinical workflows, and company objectives. While EEG will be the primary area of focus initially, this role will also support content development across other neurodiagnostic modalities (IONM, PSG, and EDX/US). Success in this role is measured through content quality, consistency, timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and additional key performance indicators as defined.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and update clinical education content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Cadwell branding and educational strategy.
  • Create and update training materials in support of new product releases and software updates, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Education Specialists to ensure content reflects real-world clinical workflows and best practices.
  • Partner with other content creators to ensure consistent instructional design, terminology, and delivery standards.
  • Establish and maintain standardized formatting, structure, and tone across all internal and customer-facing educational materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Education, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support) to ensure training content reflects consistent messaging and clinical workflows.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously improve educational materials.
  • Support onboarding and provide content orientation for new educators and cross-functional contributors.
  • Assist with content development across other modalities as needed to support team priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance content delivery through new formats (e.g., e-learning, video, simulations, automations, and blended learning).
  • Ensure all educational materials comply with regulatory, quality, and branding standards.
  • Contribute to educational initiatives that support customer success and product adoption.
  • Escalate concerns or workflow gaps to the Manager of Education and Training promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support educational operations and organizational goals.

Education / Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, instructional design, or clinical training, preferably within a medical device or healthcare environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related technical or healthcare field required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Clinical experience working within a neurodiagnostic discipline (EEG, IONM, PSG, or EDX/US), preferred.

Job Knowledge / Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage content strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong editing, formatting, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency required; experience with video content creation and learning management systems preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and creative teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to synthesize feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Residence near a major metropolitan area with an international airport.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required travel documentation.
  • This position may require on-site visitation at medical facilities. As such, the candidate must be able to meet credentialing company and medical facility requirements.
