About the Role
Clarvidais seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned programs under the supervision of the Divisional Director. In this leadership role, you will ensure services are delivered in alignment withClarvida'svalues of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, being People-Centered, andmaintaininga supportive, engaging workplace culture.
You willbe responsible forthe overall management and success of your assigned program, including compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements. This role includes program development, budgeting, quality assurance, collaboration with community partners, and staff supervision. You will also serve as a key representative ofClarvidato staff, government officials, and the community, ensuring clarity around program standards, goals, and expectations.
This position requires approximately 50% travel to support program operations and oversight.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of assigned program operations
Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
Manage program development, quality assurance, and service delivery
Prepare budgets and monitor program expenses
Supervise, support, and develop program staff
