About This Role

We are seeking a supportive team member to assist in creating a nurturing learning environment for our children. This role involves collaborating with the Teacher and Assistant Teacher to provide a safe and engaging experience that meets the unique needs of each child.


What You'll Do
  • Maintains a clean, safe and orderly physical environment, ensuring a healthy and stimulating space for our children to thrive
  • Supports parent involvement and engagement throughout Early Childhood Development, fostering strong relationships with our families
  • Supervises designated groups of children, providing individualized attention and care
  • Reports any health or behavioral problems to the Teacher, ensuring our children receive the necessary support
  • Carries out educational activities supporting individual children's learning outcomes, tailoring lessons to meet each child's needs
  • Fulfills Mandated Reporter responsibilities, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our children
  • Performs other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to our program's success
