Starting Salary: $71,000

The Group School Leadership Development Program (GSLDP) is a 2-year multi-rotation program designed to develop high-potential early career talent into future sales and account management leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience across key business functions while building the skills needed to succeed in client-facing roles.

Since 1924, Group School, has had a proven record of success in transforming recent college graduates into healthcare sales, service and account management professionals.

This program combines structured learning, real-world experience, and intentional career alignment to accelerate readiness for roles in Sales or Account Management.

Must live or be willing to relocate to Hartford, CT

Ability to work full-time and participate in rotational assignments

Preferred Qualifications
Internship or work experience supporting Sales, Account Management, Marketing or Underwriting functions of an organization or group area.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
