OVERVIEW

In this role, you will contribute to our mission through facilitating and executing surgeon education programs as well as raise the level of engagement of our HCP Med Ed faculty.  As a Medical Education Program Specialist working on the Medical Education team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to manage key aspects of our FUSE and FOCUS Medical Education Programs, and a typical day will include- planning, executing, and optimizing medical education programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, creative thinking, strong planning and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.  


POSITION OBJECTIVES: 

Program Planning and Execution 

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end medical education programs aligned with overall business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of medical education programs. 

Program Development: 

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to create compelling promotion and education around medical education programs, including emails, landing pages, and social media content. 
  • Establish HCP faculty relationships and KOL engagement. 

Program Analysis and Optimization: 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of FUSE and FOCUS medical education programs using relevant analytics and tools. 
  • Identify key insights and areas for improvement implementing changes to optimize medical education program effectiveness. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. 
  • Provide regular updates on program performance to key stakeholders. 

Budget Management: 

  • Assist in effective management of medical education budgets for assigned programs. 
  • Ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented without compromising quality. 

Requirements


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Strong cross functional communication skills 
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with HCP's and internal stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated successful planning and execution of medical education events. 
  • Experience with Sunshine reporting, HCP contracting and compliance reporting. 

EDUCATION AND PREFERRED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years in medical education and coordination or related roles

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION (including, but not limited to): 

  • Medical and dental insurance, group life insurance, 401k matching, long term disability, potential target bonus, paid time off.  

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $124,000 

Base Salary: Annually 

Target Annual Bonus: Up to 12%
