Role Overview:
Senior Technology Leader/Senior Technical Architect responsible for technology integrations, cloud infrastructure migrations, and security compliance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands on experience in technology integrations
  • Experience planning and executing cloud infrastructure migrations in complex AWS environments
  • Ability to influence senior management through deep technical expertise and integration best practices
  • Experience across identity management, email and file migrations, applications, and cloud platforms
  • Experience planning and executing email and document storage migrations (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace)
  • Ability to lead and execute security compliance reviews, evaluating controls and documenting remediation actions
  • Familiarity with security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
  • Experience leading identity and access governance reviews
  • Skilled in application and cloud security assessments
  • Capable of acting as technical owner-defining strategy, shaping plans, leading hands on execution, and owning outcomes
  • Ability to work closely with CTO leadership and central integration teams to deliver change at pace
  • Experience preparing and presenting metrics, risks, compliance status, and integration progress
  • Experience working across dual operating environments, balancing compliance, risk, and user experience
  • Experience supporting M&A integration work (preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with compliance automation tools such as Drata, Secureframe, and Tugboat Logic (preferred)
