 About the Role:

Anatomage is seeking an ambitious and strategic R&D Manager to drive Science Table growth in the EdTech sector. As the R&D Manager for Science Table Division, you will play a key role in expanding Anatomage's footprint in the education technology space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, a proven track record in business management, and a passion for advancing education through technology.

*This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  Bachelor's degree in Business or Science related field

  MBA is preferred, but not required

  Proven experience (5-7 years) in managerial role

  Edtech industry related experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  Proven success in a managerial role

  Strong decision-making ability

  Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

  Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans

  Ability to recruit, motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable

  Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead product roadmap for the Science Table by Anatomage by researching, studying, and understanding the STEM educational marketing, customers, and value proposition delivered with the Science Table.

  Propose and evaluate designs of science simulation topics across biology, chemistry, and physics with team of subject matter experts and software engineering. Provide end user (student and teacher) perspective and learning standard mapping at early design stage.

  Correspond with teachers regarding the successfully methods of product adoption at the early stage of product introduction to the market. Obtain customer testimonials to use for marketing purposes.

  Attend educational market tradeshows as the product champion to deliver long term vision of the product, demoing, and running professional workshops regarding the Science Table.

  Maintain up-to-date mapping of Science Table experiments onto educational standards (national and state level) for sales, marketing, and end user purposes.

  Be go to internal company Science Table contact for development, customer support, marketing, and sales team.

  Collaborate with marketing team to make sure messaging, value proposition, and applications of the Science Table come through on website, in videos, and brochures.

  Collaborate with sales team on customer feedback, use cases, and assistance in communicating with customers about the Science Table as needed.

  Work with subject matter experts to create end user documentation such as teacher guides for each simulation providing software overview, learning goals, and student exploration questions.
