Southeast Behavioral Health PC is seeking a dedicated and independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to join our thriving team in a remote capacity. Within a supportive infrastructure, you will have full access to a billing service that streamlines claims management, client accounts receivable, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional therapy.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age ranges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet their diverse needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, care progress, and treatment plans to comply with organizational standards and promote continuity of care.
• Manage scheduling for ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized and updated calendar to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, support one another, and foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages personal and professional growth.
• Utilize a variety of clinical guidelines and therapeutic strategies to address different psychological challenges, enhancing patient care and outcomes.

As a licensed clinical social worker with Southeast Behavioral Health PC, you will engage with a diverse client base, offering various therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's circumstances. Your work will focus on assisting clients and their families dealing with grief, loss, and other emotional difficulties typical in hospice care, emphasizing the importance of maintaining dignity and respect throughout the process.

• A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Must possess an active LCSW license in good standing to practice independently.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, ethical boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and effective time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including a minimum of two evenings per week, to accommodate clients’ varying schedules.

• Significant training or experience in couples therapy or working with clients in end-of-life care scenarios.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and billing processes.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a range of competitive benefits:
