Ann Sacks is seeking a talented senior leader to drive sales and team performance across the West Region (CA, OR, WA, B.C.). This role is at the intersection of business development, client engagement, showroom operations, and people leadership, resonsibile for an organization of about 30+ sales professionals.

Under the direction of the Director-Sales & Customer Experience, the Regional Sales Manager-West is responsible for driving year-over-year growth across their designated region through a market-led, sales-driven approach. This role holds full P&L responsibility for all assigned territories and showrooms, with a primary focus on expanding market share.

Success in this role requires proactively developing business in market and within designated showrooms by building strong relationships within the design, builder, and trade communities, generating new demand, and increasing brand presence across the market.

In addition to overseeing showrooms, the Regional Sales Manager is accountable for identifying and activating growth opportunities across all sales channels, including dealer and outside sales.

Performance will be measured by sales and market share growth, financial targets, and effective leadership and development of showroom managers.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Participates and contributes to setting sales strategy for the organization.
  • Executes sales strategies across assigned region.
  • Drive sales productivity goals by coaching teams to build and sustain strong pipelines, actively manage client relationships, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing teams focused on market growth & relationship building.
  • Own and drive leadership development of showroom managers, building succession bench strength, leadership capability, and driving a culture of accountability and consistency across showrooms.
  • Drive a proactive sales culture by setting clear expectations around outbound business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement market-based sales strategies, including local outreach, partnerships, and targeted marketing efforts to expand brand presence and capture market share.
  • Utilize sales reporting tools and performance data to drive accountability, identify growth opportunities, and coach showroom managers and teams toward higher performance.
  • Lead and expand additional sales channels (including Premier Partners and outside sales) to drive incremental market growth and diversify revenue streams.
  • Ensure consistent communication of goals and expectations aligned to a market-growth mindset, reinforcing both sales performance and brand standards.
  • Achieve operational and sales goals through effective management of results, management of margin, cost control and operational efficiencies. Take full ownership for managing the P&L for regional and individual showroom P&Ls.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience while increasing sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute market strategies that strengthen Ann Sacks' presence within the design and trade community, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable market share growth.
  • Partner to successfully open and ramp new showroom locations, ensuring they serve as hubs within a broader market strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned -this is a senior level role withn the organization, and may contribute to or own initiatives as needed in support of company strategy.
