Overview JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Key Personnel) AGENCY SUPPORTED: Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System - Enterprise Data Services and Artificial Intelligence (EDSAI) Consulting Services BOA POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Award (expected program start September 2026) LOCATION: Washington, DC / Remote - The position is primarily remote; employee must be willing and able to go onsite to the Board's offices in the Northwest quadrant of Washington, DC when requested for meetings. CLEARANCE: Public Trust suitability - No active security clearance is required. Selected personnel must pass a Federal Reserve Board background/suitability screening (including a fingerprint-based FBI/DCSA check) and obtain the appropriate Board photo-identification or PIV badge for facility access.

Candidates do not need to be cleared at the time of application but must be able to obtain and maintain Board access prior to starting. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the "Board") under the Enterprise Data Services and Artificial Intelligence (EDSAI) Consulting Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). This role provides overall project management across all task orders issued under the BOA in support of the Board's Division of Information Technology and Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO).

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager is the single Key Personnel role required under the EDSAI BOA and serves as the primary point of contact for Board staff. The Project Manager provides overall project management support for all task orders issued under the contract, coordinating delivery across the BOA's functional areas - spanning data and technology program/project management, data strategy and governance, metadata and semantic management, data architecture and engineering, analytics, econometrics, modern application development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, integration, data quality, data security and risk, and independent verification and validation (IV&V). PROGRAM CONTEXT: This position supports the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the central bank of the United States, which conducts monetary policy and regulates banking institutions.

Within the Board's Division of Information Technology, the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) supports a sophisticated, federated data environment. The EDSAI BOA is a multiple-award Basic Ordering Agreement through which the Board competes and issues task orders for expert consulting services across modern data lifecycle management, application development, and artificial intelligence, in support of the Board's monetary policy and supervisory missions, statistical releases, and research. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide overall project management support for all task orders issued under the contract.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for Board staff. * Provide overall project coordination and task delegation across all task orders and labor categories. * Collect and submit resumes upon request.

* Perform quality control of all activities and deliverables. * Provide status reporting on completed tasks, upcoming projects, and project risks. Qualifications REQUIRED: * At least 10 years of experience planning, directing, and managing management consulting and staff augmentation-style contracts of similar size and scope to the EDSAI BOA.

* Demonstrated experience supporting technical projects/programs in a management role. * Demonstrated ability to present material effectively to the highest levels of management, both orally and in writing. * Demonstrated experience providing overall project management for multiple concurrent task orders, including project coordination, task delegation, and quality control of activities and deliverables.

* Authorized to work in the United States. * Ability to pass a Federal Reserve Board background/suitability screening (including a fingerprint-based FBI/DCSA check) and obtain and maintain the appropriate Board photo-identification or PIV badge prior to start. * Ability to go onsite at the Board's Washington, DC offices as needed for meetings.
