Job description

Our teams combine deep technical expertise with mission understanding to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that advance performance in high-stakes environments. This position requires an Active TS Clearance and to work onsite 5 days a week in Washington, DC The Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer (eDP Engineer) must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure while providing support along with OGC, to other FBI Divisions, such as CTD. The eDP Engineer will participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives; perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting using current engineering documentation; record configurations change requests through the established change control board; monitor system health and scale system components as required; provide initial response, Level 1 and Level 2 escalation for outages; apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis; upgrade administrative tools and utilities; upgrade end user applications; configure / add new services as necessary; provide before/ or after core hour work as required. The eDP Engineer must have demonstrated experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform or industry recognized review platforms. System administration knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019 and Microsoft O365. Experience administrating and supporting Microsoft Windows server 2012/2016/2019 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting and training technical concepts to various audiences within the FBI. Basic Qualifications4 years of Systems Engineer/Administrator experience2 years of previous experience in architecture and design of complex high-available systems1 year of experience researching and resolving customer product support complaints and issuesActive Clearance: Top Secret with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance. Preferred Qualifications6 years of Systems Engineer/Administrator experience4 years of previous experience in architecture and design of complex high-available systems2 year of experience researching and resolving customer product support complaints and issues  Evolver is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job seekers.
