The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of enterprise IT experience, a strong foundation in AWS cloud services and networking, and experience supporting DevOps/CI/CD environments. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with senior platform, security, infrastructure, application, and development teams.

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite. Hybrid and remote candidates will not be considered.
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure supporting EDP development, test, and production environments.
  • Support AWS services and infrastructure involving networking, compute, storage, IAM, logging, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or other approved automation technologies.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines used to deploy infrastructure and platform configurations across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Support infrastructure associated with containerized workloads running on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.
  • Configure and maintain platform monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and health checks.
  • Monitor and analyze AWS CloudWatch logs, metrics and alarms, and CloudTrail events to identify operational and security issues.
  • Assist with implementing standardized and secure AWS configurations aligned with organizational security requirements and engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, connectivity, permissions, and platform issues in collaboration with senior engineers and technical teams.
  • Support cloud infrastructure upgrades, security and maintenance updates, configuration changes, feature deployments, and environment maintenance.
  • Maintain audit logging and operational visibility required for security reviews and compliance activities.
  • Support secure cloud connectivity patterns, including private connectivity, service endpoints, egress controls, and integration with enterprise network services.
  • Build and maintain development, sandbox, and proof-of-concept cloud environments using repeatable infrastructure configurations.
  • Identify unused or underutilized AWS resources and assist with cloud cost-management initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of applications, development teams, and platform users by provisioning infrastructure, permissions, and environment configurations.
  • Automate routine platform administration and operational activities using IaC, scripting, APIs, and command-line tools.
  • Support integrations between AWS infrastructure and enterprise data, analytics, security, and monitoring platforms.
  • Participate in incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action implementation.
  • Participate in platform capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and architecture diagrams.
  • Work with development teams to maintain dev, test, and production environments, monitor platform health, provide infrastructure design recommendations, and support automated deployments.

Required Qualifications
