The Manager, Editorial & Product Content defines how Walmart Fashion shows up across Men’s, Kids’ & Baby, and Footwear, translating seasonal strategy, trend insight, and product priorities into compelling, customer facing storytelling across digital, editorial, and marketing channels. This role blends fashion direction, styling, product curation, and performance analysis to ensure content is creatively elevated and commercially effective. Acting as the category fashion authority, the Manager drives fill lifecycle editorial execution—from trend identification and hero product selection through photoshoot direction and post-launch optimization—while partnering cross-functionally across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Production to ensure a unified, on-brand fashion point of view.

The Fashion Office connects what’s happening in fashion, what we’re selling, and how we bring it to life for the customer. We combine trend research, data, and category expertise with a distinct fashion point of view to identify the right products, stories, and opportunities at the right time. Partnering across Merchandising, Private Brands, Marketing, Creative, and Site Operations, we translate insights into an editorial array of seasonal product priorities and fashion stories. By connecting trend intelligence, commercial strategy, and creative execution, we create a fashion direction that feels timely, inspiring, and intentional—establishing Walmart’s clear, credible point of view in fashion.
What you'll do:
  • Execute fashion direction and styling across Men’s, Kids’ & Baby, and Footwear, translating seasonal strategy, trends, and merchant priorities into cohesive editorial narratives.
  • Lead styling, style-outs, fittings, and special projects, ensuring consistency of fashion POV across all editorial content and deliverables.
  • Execute product curation and hero pulls, balancing editorial intent with seasonal product, inventory, and commercial priorities.
  • Translate trend and performance insights into actionable styling, product, and storytelling opportunities across assigned categories.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Design, Studio, Production, and Site to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee sample management and product readiness, partnering with merchants, brands, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time shoot execution.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills, with curiosity, adaptability, and instinct for what’s next.
