Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: Our client is a leading technology company with about 6000 employees. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the CVP and executive office, coordinating events, managing supplies, and acting as a point of contact for guests.

Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive office and ensuring smooth operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives at the company and develop valuable skills.

What are the key responsibilities? - Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate events and book conference rooms
  • Manage office supplies, including shipping/receiving and storage room inventory
