OFFICE ASSISTANT

Rejie Design Industries (RDI) is a fast-growing construction company in NV & AZ area. We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc. )

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, handling emails and mailings
  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with permits, filing paperwork, keep track of important documents, to help our office run smoothly
  • Adapt to the team needs and assist with other projects as needed
  • May run various routine errands, as required, for the office
  • Keep the office clean, stocked, organized and order office supplies

Education / Experience Requirements:
