This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigator interested in developing a specialized practice at the intersection of litigation strategy, technology, data management, and information governance. Prior deep eDiscovery experience is not required; however, candidates should have a strong litigation foundation, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning the strategic and technical aspects of modern discovery practice.

  • Support complex litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters through all phases of discovery
  • Research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and discovery-related briefing
  • Manage written discovery and coordinate document preservation, collection, review, and production efforts
  • Assist with deposition preparation, witness development, and overall case strategy
  • Collaborate with litigation teams, clients, vendors, and technical professionals on discovery workflows and data management issues
  • Advise on eDiscovery strategy, information governance, and defensible discovery practices
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in high-stakes and fast-paced matters
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of substantive litigation experience
  • Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and supporting complex litigation matters
  • Experience in commercial litigation, products liability, antitrust, investigations, or related areas preferred
  • Strong interest in eDiscovery, data management, and information governance issues
  • Outstanding research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong academic credentials and sound litigation judgment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000
  • Competitive bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
  • Retirement and savings plan options
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge discovery issues and high-profile litigation matters alongside leading litigators and eDiscovery professionals

This opportunity offers a unique path for litigators seeking to develop expertise in one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of modern legal practice while maintaining involvement in sophisticated litigation and investigations.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply through Direct Counsel.
