Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EDI Project Manager to lead the migration of enterprise EDI integrations from SAP PI/PO to Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC), with SAP ECC as the backend ERP system.
The role will also oversee the migration of non-EDI SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering both migration initiatives while managing cross-functional teams, implementation partners, business stakeholders, and external trading partners. This role will ensure successful project execution with minimal business disruption, providing leadership throughout planning, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Must have skills:
o SAP PI PO
o Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC)
o Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, Logistics, or other EDI-enabled business processes.
o Experience in delivering EDI, middleware and enterprise integrations projects
o Experience managing third-party implementation partners and coordinating with external trading partners.
o Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for enterprise integration projects
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) and/or SAP Integration Suite.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, Logistics, or other EDI-enabled business processes

Overall experience:

  1. 10+ years of project management experience delivering EDI, middleware, or enterprise integration projects
  2. Proven experience managing EDI migration and middleware transition projects.
  3. Experience managing SAP PI/PO migration projects to Cleo Integration Cloud and/or SAP Integration Suite.
  4. Strong experience working with SAP ECC and enterprise EDI environments.
  5. Solid understanding of SAP IDocs, EDI standards (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT), and B2B communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP).
  6. Experience managing third-party implementation partners and coordinating with external trading partners.
  7. Demonstrated experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for enterprise integration projects.
  8. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
  9. Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
