Company Description

The Order Management Planner is responsible to maintain the set inventory targets across all distribution facilities within the US to enable highest possible level of customer satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to creating replenishment orders, communicating changes to demand/supply planning and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have exposure to Inventory/Capacity Planning, Logistics, Forecasting, WMS, Finance and EDI and works closely with his/her peers in Red Bull North America.

Job Description

SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

Manage SKU/DC inventory levels to within established targets to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations, especially during product transitions (promotional packaging, new items and phase out items)

Timely and accurate entry of replenishment orders for the customer via SAP

Manage stock transfer process between customer ship-to locations

Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels on an ongoing basis to satisfy days on hand target

Coordinate with Supply Planning colleagues on inbound shipments to 3PL provider and support RBNA inventory deployment strategy

Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team to successfully manage product transitions, both end of life and new product introductions for VMI customers

Monitor and report on KPI's

 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Communicate with the customer about product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to ensure there are no stock outs or out of code risk.

Conduct customer reviews to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement

Weekly/Monthly customer reporting (Inventory level, PO report)

LOGISTICS / TRANSPORTATION PLANNING

Create replenishment orders in full truckload quantities to minimize transportation costs and optimize truckload utilization.

Optimize case pick/cross dock efficiency

Inventory deployment that will strike an optimal balance between supply chain and logistic target

Support project team to increase port-direct shipments

Qualifications

Analytics Leadership: 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role 

Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, order management, logistics, and inventory management 

Advanced Analytics: Demonstrated ability to design KPIs, build predictive models, conduct statistical analysis, and translate complex data into actionable business insights 

People Leadership: Proven track record of managing, developing, and inspiring analytical teams; experience conducting performance reviews and driving team engagement 

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel; experience with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages preferred; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar) 

Process Improvement: Experience leading data-driven process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies 

Business Partnering: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional leaders, translate business requirements into analytical solutions, and influence decision making through data storytelling 

Change Management: Experience leading teams through transformation initiatives, system implementations, and organizational change 

Excellent communications skills, eager to service an important clientele and perform at exceptional levels of customer service

Strong focus on follow through

High caliber of professional interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (both oral and written)

Self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP ERP and APO SNP; EDI is a plus.

Advanced user in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio)

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus preferred

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $104,000 + cash incentives. 

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
