Job description

Position: EDI Functional Analyst
Location: Cleveland, Ohio / Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (3days in a week)
Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities Job Description.
  • Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including standards such as EDIFACT ANSI X12 and IDOC.
  • Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems Function as a primary point of contact for any Oracle SI related support requests.
  • Analyze support request to identify the root cause resolution and work closely with other Eaton enterprise sectors groups to implement solutions.
  • Monitor error directories emails on any CoE EDI servers and take appropriate actions to resolve Perform minor maps modifications and trading partner set up as appropriate.
  • Trouble shoots SI BPs.
  • Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation.
  • Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.
  • Collaborate build and maintain relationships with other technical groups Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise.
  • Manage implementation of EDI products and services for new and existing trading partners.

Skills required Technical expertise.
  • Oracle EBusiness Suite 11i 115102 R12 1213.
  • Oracle Applications RLM Order Management Purchasing SCM eCommerce Gateway.
  • Understanding of EDIFACT and X12 EDI standards.
  • EDI transactions including but not limited to 850 855 856 810 830 862 ORDERS ORDRSP INVOIC DELFOR DELJIT DESADV.
  • Experienced on handling complex Oracle EDI related issues.
  • Must understand the support process.
  • Experience in SI B2B Integrator business process development and trouble shooting would be an added advantage.
