Job description

Description:The Director, Industry Partnerships builds, systematizes, and manages Beep's corporate relationships among prime contractors, subconsultants, industrial customers, suppliers, and other key partners to strengthen the company's competitive positioning. Partners include vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, autonomy and mobility software developers, fleet and infrastructure technology providers, professional services and consulting firms, financing and capital partners, and other companies operating across the intelligent transportation and smart mobility ecosystem. This role owns the full partnership lifecycle and activates Beep's partner ecosystem through the Innovation Lab to drive visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Owns the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach and qualification to executed agreements and ongoing relationship management, ensuring consistent, repeatable engagement across the portfolio;
  • Optimizes partnership pipeline and performance metrics, maintaining visibility into deal stage, partner activity, and ecosystem health;
  • Maintains a structured mapping of partners by geographic footprint, core competencies, and target market alignment, translating that intelligence into teaming decisions, capture strategy, and prioritized outreach ahead of procurements;
  • Activates the partner ecosystem through the Innovation Lab — Beep's immersive, multi-zone autonomous mobility demonstration environment — driving visibility and revenue via ecosystem showcases, curated industry engagement, and targeted sponsorship opportunities;
  • Represents Beep at industry conferences, sector forums, and targeted events to advance partnership development, strengthen existing relationships, and position Beep within the broader autonomous mobility ecosystem; and
  • Serves as the cross-functional connective tissue for external commercial partnerships within the company, surfacing gaps and opportunities and ensuring partnership strategy stays tightly aligned with business growth and customer needs

Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, including an extensive network of existing relationships (e.g., some combination of autonomy, AI, tech, public sector, automotive, manufacturing, or software sectors);
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex B2B partnerships and commercial agreements, including experience managing term negotiation, legal coordination, and executive alignment across the deal lifecycle;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Familiarity with or exposure to international commercial activities is strongly preferred;
  • J.D. or M.B.A. is a plus;
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and/or business cultures is a plus, as international exposure will grow over time

Work Environment & Travel
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively (approximately 50%), including domestic and international travel;
  • Ability to work remotely considered if residence is within driving distance of a major airport; and
  • Residence in Orlando, Atlanta, or another significant market is a plus
