What you'll be part of:
At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. It's big, it's bold, and we're already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.
If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.
What you'll be responsible for:
We're hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple's crypto solutions. Your primary focus is growing the community of startups and founders building on XRPL. VCs, accelerators, and corporates are the channels and partners you work through to find and support that ecosystem. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility.
This is not a traditional business development or venture role. You'll define ecosystem strategy, influence product direction, architect partnerships, and create market adoption across these value chains. You'll be the first call for founders building on XRPL, and for the strategic partners who shape where the market goes: VCs, top accelerators, and market participants. You'll do it with real autonomy and the backing of a global team.
Emerging markets are among our highest-conviction opportunities, and Latin America is a strategic market for this role.
What you'll work on:
Source and build the ecosystem
  • Source and build a high-quality pipeline through warm, vetted channels across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners
  • Own a portfolio of tier-one relationships (VCs and LPs, corporates, accelerators, and key conferences) that keeps XRPL top of mind, drives introductions across founders, investors, and partners, and shapes the direction of the market
  • Map end-to-end value chains across our focus pillars to pinpoint the participants, dependencies, and gaps that accelerate real-world adoption
  • Connect the dots across the ecosystem, making introductions between founders, investors, and partners that unlock growth

Structure and close deals
  • Own deals end to end, from first conversation to a signed grant, partnership, or investment, originating, evaluating, structuring, and closing the opportunities that compound Ripple's network position
  • Design deal terms and milestones that align incentives and drive adoption, deploying capital where it accelerates Ripple's growth
  • Quarterback each deal to signature, then hand off smoothly into delivery and stay connected to help partners reach go-live

Shape strategy and the market
  • Sharpen Ripple's value proposition and market signal, making the path into the XRPL and Ripple ecosystems clear and easy to work with across channels
  • Turn market signals, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments into sharp, recommendation-forward narratives that influence founders, partners, and RippleX leadership
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market to qualify opportunities, sharpen strategic priorities, and influence the product roadmap
  • Pressure-test growth strategies and make clear tradeoff calls across competing priorities

What you'll bring to Ripple:
Core Requirements:
  • 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology
  • A track record of building commercial opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one starting points without an existing playbook
  • A strong, active network across fintech, payments, and crypto, with genuine relationships at the operator, founder, and fund level, the kind of person who gets the call before a deal is public
  • A sophisticated understanding of both blockchain and traditional financial services, and a genuine passion for crypto
  • Meticulous, methodical, creative, and thorough in your analysis and problem-solving
  • A clear, direct communicator who can influence senior executives internally and externally
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with autonomy and accountability
  • Based in New York, Miami, London, or Sรฃo Paulo, or willing to relocate

Preferred Requirements:
  • Direct experience in one or more of our focus pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, FX, lending and credit, or agentic payments
  • Familiarity with the XRP Ledger and RLUSD
  • Experience in emerging markets; fluency in a Latin American market or language a plus
  • Existing relationships with tier-one VCs, accelerators, or market makers in fintech or crypto

WHO WE ARE:
Do Your Best Work
  • The opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders
  • A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact. A professional development budget to support other modes of learning.
  • Thrive in an environment where no matter what race, ethnicity, gender, origin, or culture they identify with, every employee is a respected, valued, and empowered part of the team.
  • In-office collaboration for moments that matter is important to our culture, and we give managers and teams the flexibility to decide which 10+ days a month they come in.
  • Bi-weekly all-company meeting - business updates and ask me anything style discussion with our Leadership Team
  • We come together for moments that matter which include team offsites, team bonding activities, happy hours and more!

Take Control of Your Finances
  • Competitive salary, bonuses, and equity
  • Competitive benefits that cover physical and mental healthcare, retirement, family forming, and family support
  • Employee giving match
  • Mobile phone stipend

Take Care of Yourself
  • R&R days so you can rest and recharge
  • Generous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite & virtual programming
  • Generous vacation policy - work with your manager to take time off when you need it
  • Industry-leading parental leave policies. Family planning benefits.
  • Catered lunches, fully-stocked kitchens with premium snacks/beverages, and plenty of fun events

Benefits listed above are for full-time employees.
