Job description

About Arkadium
At Arkadium, our purpose is simple: to have fun while creating fun. For 25 years, we've been behind some of the world's most-played games-from the classic Solitaire that came with Windows to hundreds of web and mobile games enjoyed by millions of players around the globe.
As a proud Evergreen business, our values of Fierce Drive, Positive Energy, and Living Full Lives guide how we build products, lead teams, and grow sustainably. We are founder-led, privately held, and consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work. In other words, we're not your typical games company.

This person will act as an embedded connector across the San Francisco AI community-attending events, building relationships, opening doors with relevant companies, and helping us get closer to the right researchers, product teams, and decision-makers.
This is a part-time/fractional 3-month engagement with the potential to extend based on results.
If you're a well-connected business development professional in the San Francisco AI ecosystem and excited to help Arkadium build strategic partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

โ€ข Help Arkadium navigate complex organizations and find the right internal teams
โ€ข Conduct targeted outreach and consistent follow-up with prospects
โ€ข Share market feedback and intelligence from conversations in the ecosystem
โ€ข Coordinate closely with Arkadium leadership on target accounts, messaging, and priorities
What Success Looks Like
โ€ข Opens doors to the right people at priority companies
โ€ข Generates qualified introductions and meetings quickly
โ€ข Helps convert outreach into concrete partnership conversations
โ€ข Contributes to closed deals or clear late-stage opportunities during the engagement
โ€ข Builds a repeatable relationship map of the San Francisco AI ecosystem

โ€ข Able to understand technical concepts well enough to communicate credibly with AI teams
โ€ข Likely comes from business development, partnerships, startup sales, or ecosystem roles
โ€ข Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Ideal Background
โ€ข Existing relationships across the San Francisco AI/startup ecosystem
โ€ข Experience in tech sales, partnerships, business development, or founder-facing ecosystem work
โ€ข Familiarity with AI labs, model companies, tooling startups, or developer platforms
โ€ข Experience working in or around emerging technology markets
โ€ข Strong communication skills in both in-person and digital outreach settings
Benefits
Monthly retainer plus performance-based upside/commission
