Job Summary

We're looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented student to join our Enterprise Productivity team. In this role, you'll help design, build, and implement practical productivity solutions that make work easier, more efficient, and more effective across the organization.


Working closely with teams across CED, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes and create solutions using tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot/AI tools, and workflow automations. From dashboards and trackers to process improvements and automation solutions, you'll help turn business needs into practical, user-friendly outcomes.


This role is ideal for students who enjoy combining technology, problem-solving, and creativity to improve how organizations work. Whether you're studying business technology, information systems, analytics, computer science, or a related discipline, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering solutions that have a real organizational impact.


Note: This is a full-time internship position (September 2026 to December 2026)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve productivity solutions, including workflows, automations, dashboards, templates, trackers, and business process tools.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and streamline processes through automation and workflow design.
  • Work with teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define solution opportunities.
  • Build, test, refine, and implement new tools, automations, and process improvements.
  • Support productivity audits, process reviews, and data analysis activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Assist with change management, implementation planning, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Experience using AI tools to support productivity, analysis, content creation, or workflow improvement.
  • Exposure to project management, change management, process improvement, business analysis, or data analytics practices.
