SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative services. Handles a wide variety of administrative and operations support functions and manages multiple priorities.

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc.serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.

Experience with high-volume calls.

Experience with medical terminology is preferred.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Helps prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule.

Helps maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records.

Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.

Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.

Takes meeting minutes and distributes them to relevant parties.

Helps organize office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and ensures compliance with company policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of zero to one (0-1) year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
