POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Team Assistant & Manager, Executive Operations and Engagement is a highly visible role that provides comprehensive executive-level support to the five C-Suite members of the Chamber's Executive Management Team, while also serving as a key coordinator for Board meeting operations, small events, and other community engagement activities.

The position blends advanced scheduling and administrative support with event execution and external relationship coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for executives, Board members, and community partners.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTIVE TEAM ASSISTANT & MANAGER, EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT

  • 5 years' experience supporting senior level executives and executive teams
  • Experience coordinating Board governance or high-level meetings strongly preferred
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or VIP engagement preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information

Do you have flexibility to support early morning or evening events? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
