E-Commerce Product Specialist - Turn Treasures Into Opportunity
Love antiques, collectibles, or unique finds? Turn your eye for value into meaningful work at Goodwill serving Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania.
We're hiring a Part-Time E-Commerce Product Specialist at our Erie, PA facility to help identify valuable donated items and prepare them for online sale. Every item you list helps fund programs that strengthen communities and create opportunities for individuals in need.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and evaluate donated goods for online resale
  • Research collectibles, antiques, electronics, art, clothing, and specialty items to determine value
  • Photograph items and create accurate online listings and descriptions
  • Package and ship sold merchandise
  • Use online sales platforms, payment systems, and shipping tools
  • Maintain organized workflow and productivity standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support e-commerce operations
  • Occasionally travel to nearby retail locations to source items

What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge or interest in collectibles, antiques, art, electronics, or specialty merchandise
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers and online platforms
  • Experience with digital or phone photography
