Growth & Business Development

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop eCommerce growth opportunities across sectors, customers, and channels, translating market needs into scalable logistics solutions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to shape value propositions, support strategic pitches, and lead complex solution discussions and negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer expectations, and emerging technologies to continuously refine CEVA's eCommerce offering and go-to-market approach.

Financial Performance & Governance

  • Own key financial outcomes for the eCommerce portfolio, including revenue growth, margin performance, investment priorities, and operational efficiency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
