Job description

Seeking a full-time E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow online sales across multiple consumer brands. This role will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including online storefronts, product listings, merchandising, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This individual will collaborate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and customer-service teams to improve sales performance and provide a consistent customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across multiple brands

  • Operate and maintain Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces

  • Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional offers

  • Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, bundles, and sales calendars

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate product availability with warehouse and logistics teams

  • Improve product pages, navigation, checkout flow, and the overall customer journey

  • Track sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, advertising performance, and returns

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Coordinate with marketing teams on paid advertising, email, SMS, social media, and influencer campaigns

  • Support marketplace compliance and resolve listing or account issues

  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend improvements based on performance data

  • Maintain consistent branding and accurate product information across all channels

Management and Growth Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient workflows for product listings, promotions, fulfillment, and reporting

  • Coordinate internal staff and external partners involved in e-commerce operations

  • Set channel-specific sales goals and monitor progress

  • Research new products, marketplaces, and customer segments

  • Develop strategies to improve conversion, customer retention, and profitability
