Job purpose The eCommerce Catalog Specialist is accountable for assisting the development of Amazon advertising opportunities, analyzing PPC/Google Ads, and maintaining the overall performance of the advertising campaigns on Amazon.com. This position holds a pivotal role as our company continues to rapidly grow within Amazon and other marketplace developments. Duties and responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing online support, information and guidance; taking care of customer needs.

Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives regarding contracts, setup, maintenance and reporting for eCommerce accounts. Prepare internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for existing and new eCommerce accounts. Assist in selecting and building product offerings in Microsoft Excel to load into customer sites/portals.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers to create business development plans, inventory and sales volume reporting for eCommerce, flash sites and key accounts. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, market activities and competitors. Grow current campaigns by analyzing data through excel macros and other data analysis tools.

Responsible for SKU additions, image gathering and uploading current products for sale on each individual website. Work with the Sales and Marketing department to deliver product images for all the items included on the submission templates and forward to retailers as per individual requirements. Perform beta and live testing before and after roll outs, including bug fixes and/or new product launches.

Work with Customer Service department and customers to identify research and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner and deliver satisfying customer experiences. Work collaboratively with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing and Design) to coordinate and manage any new product rollouts on websites. Create and distribute reports and/or analytic recaps at monthly and quarterly levels.

Periodically review customer web sites to ensure product presentation conforms to company and eCommerce guidelines. Perform ongoing maintenance and website audits for eCommerce and specific retailers to correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc. Monitors returns/damages for eCommerce and flash sites.

Supports eCommerce and specific retailers with product introductions, special promotions, and discontinued updates ensuring any negative concerns are resolved with a sense of urgency and customer focus. Addresses MAP violations and periodic audits of eCommerce and flash sites ensuring conformation and compliance to policy. Supports maintaining a safe working environment and focuses on safe work habits.

Maintains a focus for self and team on continuous learning that will enhance skill sets and growth opportunities. Demonstrates a commitment to C&F Enterprises, Inc. core values.

Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Speech clarity requires the ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.

Carrying, Pushing, Pulling boxes and sample orders up to 50 lbs. Working at trade shows for 12 hours during Market to include standing and walking. Direct reports TBD.
