Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Brand Manager, eCommerce to manage marketplace sales operations and advertising performance across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience, strong knowledge of marketplace operations and Amazon Advertising, and the analytical ability to connect sales, advertising, inventory, pricing, and profitability at the SKU level.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering significant growth potential for a high-performing eCommerce professional.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Sales & Operations
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations across U.S. and international marketplaces.

  • Monitor listing health, account performance, pricing, Buy Box performance, and marketplace metrics.

  • Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.

  • Execute digital shelf and SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and conversion.

  • Manage product launches from keyword research and product detail page development through reviews and launch advertising.

  • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, competitive positioning, pricing, and marketplace trends.

  • Manage Amazon account health, compliance, case management, and ASIN-related issues.

  • Coordinate FBA inventory planning, shipment requirements, inventory allocation, and in-stock levels.

  • Manage Amazon Vine, Subscribe & Save, deals, coupons, and promotional calendars.

  • Support marketplace operations across Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, and Shopify.

  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, bundling, promotions, and marketplace growth.

Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including:

    • Sponsored Products

    • Sponsored Brands

    • Sponsored Display

  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, conversion rates, revenue, and contribution margin.

  • Analyze advertising performance and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structures.

  • Support advertising strategies for new product launches.

  • Conduct keyword harvesting, competitive targeting, and other marketplace advertising initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align advertising, content, and promotional strategies.

  • Support DSP strategy and execution as applicable.

  • Monitor changes in Amazon advertising tools, formats, and marketplace best practices.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and maintain eCommerce performance dashboards and reports.

  • Track sales, advertising KPIs, revenue attribution, inventory, and SKU-level profitability.

  • Partner with supply chain and forecasting teams to align inventory with sales and promotional plans.

  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on product imagery, A+ Content, video, and Brand Store updates.

  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

  • Support pricing and margin analysis.

  • Evaluate the impact of pricing, promotions, advertising spend, and marketplace fees on profitability.

  • Work with brand protection and legal teams on MAP compliance and unauthorized seller issues.

  • Identify process improvements and develop scalable SOPs and workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience.

  • Meaningful experience working directly in Amazon Seller Central, preferably in a 3P environment.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, including:

    • Listing optimization

    • Pricing

    • Buy Box

    • FBA

    • Account health

    • Product launches

  • Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketplace data into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience using Amazon analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience with eCommerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
