Join OnlineComponents, a Master Electronics company, where we are transforming how engineers, buyers, and businesses source electronic components online. We are seeking a Director of eCommerce to lead our digital growth strategy, elevate the online customer experience, and drive measurable revenue growth across our platform.

This leader will own the eCommerce strategy and digital performance for OnlineComponents, guiding initiatives that improve traffic acquisition, product discovery, conversion, and customer retention. The role partners closely with marketing, technology, product, and operations teams to continuously enhance the online buying experience for a complex technical catalog.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution to scale a high-performing digital commerce business in a fast-moving B2B environment.

What you will do?
  • Drive revenue growth, conversion rate improvements, acquisition performance, and customer experience outcomes
  • Build and manage the eCommerce growth roadmap spanning CRO, acquisition support, lifecycle hooks, merchandising, and SEO-led improvements
  • Own email and lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, journeys, and performance reporting
  • Manage internal and external resources supporting SEO, SEM, and email
  • Conversion rate optimization and experimentation
  • On-site merchandising and customer journeys
  • Own key customer journeys from browse and search through product discovery, quote or purchase, checkout, account creation, and reorder
  • Improve search and navigation performance and reduce friction across the catalog and key workflows
  • Partner with Service leaders, IT, web development, Ops, Product
What you bring to the table!
  • Proven ability to scale eCommerce revenue and improve key digital performance metrics
  • Experience managing large or complex product catalogs, preferably in B2B or technical product environments
  • Strong background in digital acquisition strategies, including SEO, paid search, and performance marketing
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and customer journey improvement
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, technology, product, and operations teams
  • Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution
  • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies supporting digital growth initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, eCommerce best practices, and performance optimization
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, marketing automation systems, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with web analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation/email platforms, and experimentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset
