The Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support is responsible for supporting our customer base. The responsibilities involve customer service related functions including assisting with order and product inquiries, processing returns, assisting customers with product issues such damages, warranties, and defect related concerns along with working with various vendors to assist in supporting our customers.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 6:00pm
