Job description

Our client, is seeking a dedicated Installer to join their team. As an Installer, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Installer

Location: Columbus to Bloomington Area 

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

  • Measure, fit, and mount window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery in various spaces
  • Utilize precision measuring tools and operate power and hand equipment safely
  • Handle ladders and other tools to ensure secure and aesthetically pleasing installations
  • Present a professional image and communicate effectively with clients in their homes or businesses
  • Ensure all products are installed securely, functional, and visually appealing

What's Needed?

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and initial drug test, with ongoing random testing
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort working at heights when required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
