Concrete Foreman

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Location: Central Indiana

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial concrete crews. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating manpower and materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites
  • Coordinate daily work activities and production goals
  • Read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Oversee site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing operations
  • Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain job site safety and compliance
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and deliveries
  • Communicate project progress with management
  • Train and mentor crew members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of concrete construction leadership experience
  • Experience with residential and commercial concrete projects
